How long does a quote take?
We reply within 48 business hours with a formal quotation covering price, stock, and lead time. Items held in Korean stock can be confirmed faster; for items that need the manufacturer lead time, we confirm the supply schedule alongside the quote.
What information makes a quote fastest?
An exact P/N and quantity is fastest. If you do not have the P/N, the series or specification (current, voltage, contact count, environment) or a drawing is enough. Including the Application and End User lets us review alternates and check export compliance in the same pass.
Can I ask without knowing the P/N?
Yes. A drawing, a photo of the existing part, information about the mating connector, or just the contact count, contact size, and shell style is enough for us to match the specification. We also review replacements for discontinued (EOL) parts.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Manufacturer MOQ varies by item and series. When we quote, we tell you the applicable MOQ and the unit price breaks for the quantity you asked about.
How do I find out whether an item is in Korean stock?
Send us the P/N and we check Korean stock first. ADMTEC holds major P/Ns in Korean stock; for items not held, we confirm the supply schedule within the manufacturer lead time.
Can you invoice in KRW with a tax invoice?
Yes. We settle in Korean won (KRW) and issue electronic tax invoices. Unlike buying directly from overseas, the transaction is domestic, so there is no customs clearance or currency conversion.
Do you ship outside Korea?
No. ADMTEC supplies customers in the Republic of Korea. Orders are handled as domestic transactions with KRW settlement and a tax invoice, so export outside Korea is not handled.
Can I get a Certificate of Conformance (C of C)?
Yes. ADMTEC issues a C of C with every order. It includes the lot number and inspection records, and traceability is maintained through the authorized distribution channel. Please check the "C of C required" box when you request a quote.
Can you support defense procurement?
Yes. We work with Korean government and defense contractor procurement processes. Tell us the required documents and the procurement route in the additional notes and we will prepare accordingly.
Can you quote discontinued (EOL) or hard-to-find parts?
Yes. For discontinued or long-out-of-production parts we check last-time-buy availability and compatible replacement P/Ns through manufacturer EOL information and stock networks. Sending the Application along with the P/N makes the replacement match more accurate.
