Privacy Policy English Summary
What the quote form collects, why, how long it is kept, and who handles it.
This is a summary, not the policy itself. ADMTEC operates in the Republic of Korea, so the privacy policy is written in Korean under Korean law, and the Korean version governs. This page covers the parts an English-speaking visitor needs before using the quote form. Clause numbers match the Korean document.

What the quote form asks for: company name, contact person, email address, phone number, and the contents of your inquiry (part number, quantity, project, application, and similar).
When you submit the form we also record the address of the page you submitted from, the referring address your browser sends (the page you came to the site from, or the page you viewed just before), and campaign parameters (utm_*) — so we can tell which routes and pages lead to enquiries. This uses no cookies or other storage; only the values your browser supplies at the moment of submission are recorded.
⚠️ Do not enter national identification numbers or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry field. We do not ask for it and do not need it.
If you contact us directly by email instead of using the form, we collect your email address and the information contained in your message for the same purpose. Unlike the form, email has no separate consent step, so sending us an email is treated as consent to the collection and use of your personal information under this policy (effective 2 September 2026).
3.Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry and to prepare and deliver a quote. It is not used for any other purpose.
4.How long we keep it
- If it leads to a transaction — 5 years. Required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- If it does not — 1 year from the point the inquiry is closed.
After that it is destroyed without delay — electronic records are deleted so that they cannot be recovered.
5.Who else handles it
Website hosting and quote form processing are entrusted to Vercel Inc.. Information submitted through the form is processed in the Republic of Korea (Seoul) region — that is, on servers located in Korea.
We do not sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties. If the entrusted work or the processor changes, we publish the change in the policy.
6.Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits. It records pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring source. Advertising storage is denied by default, so the data is not used for personalized advertising.
Your company name, email address, and the contents of your inquiry are never sent to Google Analytics. You can refuse the cookies through your browser settings; the site works normally either way. This clause took effect on 21 August 2026.
7.Your rights
You may ask us to let you access your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Contact us at the address below and we will act on the request without delay.
9.Who to contact
- Privacy officer — Yongsahm Kim, Representative Director
- Email — admtec@daum.net
- Tel — +82-31-8084-3111
10.If you are not satisfied
You may raise the matter with the Korean authorities — the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, the Privacy Complaint Center operated by KISA, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, or the National Police Agency. Contact details are listed in the Korean policy.
Clauses 1, 8, and 11 of the Korean policy — general provisions, security measures, and how changes are announced — are not summarized here. See the Korean document for those.
